Cardio Tennis
Overview Cardio Tennis is a group fitness activity using tennis as the vehicle to provide the aerobic and anaerobic workout. It includes a proper progressive sport specific warm-up, cardio games and cool-down. Cardio Tennis also includes the use of Cardio balls, the agility ladder and group heart rate training. It is the 4th fastest growing sport in the US with 2.2 million participants. If you want to retain members, generate revenue and create new players this is the program for you. Since 2012, the TPA has been providing workshops to become an official Cardio Tennis provider. |

Cardio Tennis Workshops in Canada The Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) in partnership with the Tennis Industry Association (TIA) offers Cardio Tennis Training Courses (Level 1 and 2) to become a licensed Cardio Tennis professional. TPA CEU’s are recognized. If you cannot attend a Cardio Tennis Training Course: You can register for the Cardio Tennis Instructor Network (CTIN). This is not a substitute for a course however it will get you off to a great start with your Cardio Tennis sessions. |
